Overall experience was good
The room is not a little bit sound proof, we can hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. A lot of them are still chatting at 12am, it was bothersome.

Disappointed
WWe booked a stay at the hotel twice within two weeks. It was my boyfriend's first time in the Philippines, but he was disappointed with the hotel. During our first stay, there was no water. We gave it another chance, thinking the situation might have improved, but again, there was no water. To make matters worse, the cleaner in the room next to ours was making a lot of noise at 4:30 in the morning.
There was no water, and the noise was disruptive. Cleaners should avoid starting as early as 4:30 in the morning and be more mindful, as guests in nearby rooms may still be resting.
